Eric Bean

Eric oversees all transactions and is responsible for structuring and financing all new acquisitions and dispositions. Eric is a Partner at Jackier Gould, PC and a Board Member at Lendistry. Eric has 30 years of experience in real estate development & finance and government-assisted financing. Eric has represented various real estate projects financed through the U.S. Dept. of HUD and State Housing Development Authorities. Eric earned a BA from Michigan State University and a JD from Detroit Mercy School of Law.
